Marketplace Rules

Trading is coming soon, not live.

GCX will not enable real-money trading until verification, listing, dispute, refund, and moderation policies are complete.

Beta

Waitlist only

Collector submissions currently save interest and item context only. They do not create public listings, trades, sales, shipping duties, seller accounts, or payment obligations.

Launch Gate

Legal review before transactions

These rules are a beta operating draft. GCX will finalize legal terms, privacy policy, seller rules, payment terms, and dispute procedures before enabling public transactions.

Verification

Seller checks first

Public listings should require verified accounts, clear front/back photos, condition notes, ownership checks for higher-risk items, and review history that moderators can inspect.

Safety

Disputes and refunds

GCX needs published dispute, refund, shipping, prohibited-item, and fraud-prevention workflows before transactions go live.

Pricing

Clear fees

Any future fees should be shown before launch and separated from payment-provider processing costs.

Prohibited

No off-platform deal pushing

GCX community tools should not be used to evade future verification, payment, dispute, or seller-safety rules. Suspicious sales language can be reviewed or removed while marketplace tools are closed.

Evidence

Condition proof matters

Future listings should preserve photos, timestamps, condition selections, listing edits, messages, shipment evidence, and report history long enough to support disputes and moderation decisions.

Support

Contact before launch

Collectors, sellers, brands, or creators with safety concerns should use GCX Contact. Real transaction support channels must be published before marketplace payments open.
